This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled diesel technician or leading hand ready to step into a leadership role within a growing dealership group.
About the Role
As Workshop Foreman, you will oversee daily workshop operations while supporting and leading a team of technicians to deliver high-quality service and repairs.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily workshop operations and workflow
Perform mechanical repairs and maintenance
Diagnose faults across trucks and construction equipment
Support technicians with technical guidance
Maintain high safety and quality standards
Deliver excellent customer service
About You
Minimum 3 years post-trade experience
Strong experience with heavy commercial vehicles
Diagnostic and fault-finding skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Strong communication and leadership ability
Customer-focused mindset
